We do have space for changing, however we do not have showers on site. We have a vanity area which has deodorant, bobbles, sanitary products and dry shampoo - so hopefully enough to tide you over until you can grab a shower at home!

Nope! We have a drop in pass, so no commitment necessary if you're just on a flying visit.

We absolutely do! Boxing gloves and sweat towels on the house!

Not at all, we are here to meet you where you're at, build your confidence and get you feeling stronger, faster, fitter and healthier!

We have a strict 12 hour cancellation policy, meaning if you cancel your class within the 12 hour window directly before the class, you will forfeit your credit. You can cancel anytime before that and your credit will be returned to your account to be used before it's original expiry date.

We appreciate we can't always be on time for everything, however, your safety is our priority so unfortunately if you miss the warm up, we can't allow you access to the studio/your class and your credit will be forfeited.
