LIFT (PERSONAL TRAINING)

LIFT is our signature Small Group Personal Training experience.


Built around progressive strength training, this is where serious coaching meets individualised programming. 


Expect structured blocks, intelligent progressions, and real attention to detail.


Every session is programmed by us, but coached to you: your experience level, your goals, your numbers. Whether you’re building strength, refining technique, or pushing performance, LIFT gives you the focus of PT with the energy of a small team.

GRIND (CONDITIONING)

GRIND is your engine room.


Inspired by flow-style conditioning, these sessions are built to develop aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and movement efficiency. Expect purposeful station rotations, smooth transitions and intelligently layered intensity.


This isn’t chaos cardio. It’s structured conditioning that builds a bigger engine: improving recovery, resilience and overall fitness.


GRIND feels athletic, controlled and energising. You’ll leave fitter, not flattened.

PERFORM (CONDITIONING)

PERFORM brings the buzz.


Inspired by HYROX-style racing, ATHX and functional fitness competition formats, these sessions blend strength, skill and conditioning into structured challenges.


You’ll see race-style workouts, scored efforts, partnered pieces and team-based conditioning. It’s gritty, focused and fun; designed to test your output, pacing and mental resilience.


Whether you love to compete or just want to train like an athlete, PERFORM gives you a platform to push.

Reformer pilates beds in a row

REFORMER (PILATES)

REFORMER is strength, control and mobility, redefined.


Delivered in small groups, our functional reformer sessions blend classical Pilates principles with athletic movement. 


Expect core strength, joint stability, mobility development and muscular control that transfers directly into your lifting and conditioning.


This isn’t passive stretching. It’s progressive, coached movement designed to build resilience, improve posture and unlock better performance across all sessions.
