Beth is the Founder and Head Coach of Lift Club. Beth is your go to girl if you need to know anything about Lift Club, I mean after all, she should know!


Beth has a passion for feeling as functional as she can, and really lives for our term: Lift Heavy, Move Fast. 


Beth has a breadth of knowledge across lots of training types, but has always stood true to the fact that progressive, individualised training is where the magic happens.

Joe is one of our Senior Coaches here at Lift Club.

You’ll often find him in shorts, rain or shine!


With Joe, you can expect high intensity, good music, and to leave your workout better than you started.


He's big on proper movement, pushing your limits, and creating an environment where hard work is the standard. Whether you’re building strength, improving fitness, or just showing up to become a better version of yourself, he’ll make sure you train with purpose.

Jasmin is one of our Senior Coaches here at Lift Club. Jas is always on hand to meet you where you're at, and provide you with the environment you'll feel best in. 


Jas is a keen marathon runner herself, and in turn knows how imperative coached, progressive strength training is to enhance not just physical strength, but protection from injury, quality of life and of course, the fun that it can bring too. 


Expect a wealth of knowledge from Jas in each and every session.

Nic didn’t grow up in the fitness industry, he actually worked in a corporate role until my early 30s.


He knows what it feels like to sit at a desk all day, feel low on energy, and wonder if you'll ever feel truly confident in a gym environment. Making the shift into personal training wasn’t just a career change; it was a decision to help people feel stronger, more capable and more confident in themselves.


Nic's coaching style is supportive but progressive. He focuses on building solid foundations, celebrating small wins, and helping people achieve things that once felt out of reach. Whether that’s running a first half marathon, completing a HYROX, or simply walking into the gym without feeling intimidated, he knows those moments matter.

SARAH

Sarah found Pilates after fracturing a vertebra during a climbing accident in 2018. Within a year she had qualified to teach the Lagree Method as an effective tool for injury rehabilitation and building core strength. 


Sarah’s practice will bring all the fire and intensity of Lagree, with the restorative benefits of the traditional Reformer. Expect to leave class feeling more aligned, energised, and ready for whatever life throws your way!

Jess didn’t start in fitness, she began her career as a professional dog trainer, learning the power of patience, clarity and consistent reinforcement. 


Alongside this, she has competed in fitness competitions for years;  driven not just by performance, but by a genuine love of training and self-development. That passion eventually led her to formally qualify as a coach.


Jess brings energy, precision and high standards to every single session. She believes in strong foundations, disciplined progress and helping you realise you’re capable of far more than you think.

Charles is our Lift Club Physiotherapist and runs his clinic from our physio room every Friday 8am-6pm and Sunday 8am-12pm. Charles has experience both in clinical and performance physio and is on hand to support you.
