Barbell and dumbbell focussed sessions designed to build strength and confidence through progressive training techniques to encourage the body to adapt and overcome. This session is not only driven by science to ensure it's effectiveness, it is built on our ethos here at lift club of lifting each other with members often working in pairs/groups to further push one another in a fun and empowering environment.
This concept is designed to push you outside of your comfort zone and into your potential using EMOMs, metcons, AMRAPs and partner work to curate this grind of a class. Using a huge range of equipment, this class will always provide you with plenty of variety. Whether you're training for hyrox, just want to feel fitter, or enjoy fast paced and high energy sessions - this is the one for you!
Need to carve out some time in your week to stretch? We have got you covered! Here at Lift Club we appreciate just how important feeling supple and stable is when it comes to performance, so we want to help you carve juts 30 minutes of your week out to join us in doing just that.
Hyrox simulations, skill work and fitness will be the focus of these sessions to find your endurance, mental toughness and grit, whether you want to compete or not. Expect sled work, erg work, running fitness and wall balls galore.
Where functional fitness meets reformer pilates. Expect your strength, flexibility and balance to be tested to refine, align and define the body.
GRIP SOCKS ARE MANDATORY
Olympic lifting and barbell cycling are the focus of these sessions. Snatch and Clean + Jerk based work, refining technique, execution of lifts, confidence and skill.
A perfect combination of bag and strength work. Taking your favourite elements of both boxing and strength training and combining them to create a workout that'll leave you feeling strong, fit and totally badass.
Enjoy training on your own, or want to come at a time where we don't run a class, we've got you covered! You can utilise our facility for your own training, and never have to fight for kit, anytime we are open. You'll have access to all of our kit, with a maximum of three people using the space at a time.
