Lift Club has been built to make training inclusive, enjoyable, progressive and empowering. At Lift Club we truly believe that building a functional fitness base can lock in our future health along with building your strongest, fittest and most resilient self. Beth is the Founder and Head Coach of Lift Club. She teaches across the timetable, on every concept, including Reformer Pilates, Olympic Lifting and Post Natal LIFT or REFINE. Beth is your go to girl if you need to know anything about Lift Club, I mean after all, she should know!

Joe is our Gym Manager here at Lift Club. Joe is our Run Club lead and teaches across PERFORM, GRIND and LIFT on our timetable. Joe is your second fountain of knowledge on all things Lift Club.

Jasmin is our Reformer Lead here at Lift Club and you'll find her in our REFINE studio. Teaching almost everyday on our timetable, Jas is always on hand to meet you where you're at, and provide you with the environment you'll feel best in.

Ellie is one of our REFINE instructors here at Lift Club and teaches every Monday both Barre and Reformer concepts. Ellie is a performer at heart, and this comes through in her rhythmical and high energy classes.

Nic is one of our GYM instructors and teaches every Wednesday morning here at Lift Club. Nic coaches our LIFT and GRIND concepts, and has almost ten years of experience in group coaching.

Lisa is one of our RFEINE instructors here at Lift Club and has a wealth of experience both in group and 1-1 coaching. Lisa teaches every Friday at Lift Club and will be on hand to guide you through your Reformer class.

Sarah is one of our REFINE instructors and teaches every Saturday morning in our studio. Sarah specialised in Lagree and her class style is considered, functional and of course, very effective.

Jess is one of our GYM instructors and coaches on a Monday evening and Tuesday morning, across our LIFT and PERFORM concepts. Jess loves high energy, performance based workouts and this shines through in her coaching style.

Charles is our Lift Club Physiotherapist and runs his clinic from our physio room every Friday 8am-6pm. Charles has experience both in clinical and performance physio and is on hand to support you.
