This session is not only driven by science to ensure it's effectiveness, it is built on our ethos here at lift club of lifting each other with members often working in pairs/groups to further push one another in a fun and empowering environment.

This 30 minute erg/cardio kit based class is designed to improve your aerobic capacity, improve your overall fitness and teach you how to use your pace to your advantage. Whether you're a runner or cyclist or hyrox competitor wanting to improve their fitness or just love a good sweat, this is the one for you!

Where functional fitness meets pilates. Expect your strength, flexibility and balance to be tested to refine, align and define the body.
In our teen classes, participants will learn the importance of correct execution of exercises, setting a strong foundations for their strength , and improving their cardiovascular fitness. Our sessions are designed to spark an enthusiasm for training, making it easier for teens to carry this forward into adulthood, with a big focus on building a positive relationship with the exercise.
Our kids classes are all about fun and skill development. Through age-appropriate exercises and activities, we aim to instill a love for movement. At Lift Club, we create a supportive environment where kids can thrive and grow stronger, both physically and mentally.
Our pre and post natal classes offer the flexibility to mums to bring their baby along to class with them, and have the reassurance that their strength training doesn't have to take a backseat if they don't have childcare. These sessions will be tailored to both pre and post natal requirements, and any personal adaptations will be made individually to best work for you at whatever stage you're at.
I push people to do things they never thought they could, all people need is a little push in the right direction and it can change their life, we have the most rewarding job.

I show people what they’re really capable of. What I love about coaching is seeing someone’s face light up when they achieve a new skill, PB a lift or do something they thought was out of reach.

I love that fitness is a never ending challenge, that gives us the opportunity to test our resilience + push our limits, which transfers directly to real life challenges. Doing hard things every day makes doing hard things a little less hard in my opinion.
