Deposit Policy

- A non-refundable deposit of £316 is required to secure your spot at the fitness retreat. This will be your first payment. 

Payment Policy:

Payments must be made in line with the below schedule -

Payment 1 - £316 (non refundable deposit to secure your place) 

Payment 2 - £316 (due 12 weeks after payment 1)

Payment 3 - £316 (due 12 weeks after payment 2) 

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation within 60 days of the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund; unless your space can be filled and in this circumstance a 50% refund minus the deposit amount will be issued.

- Cancellation within 90 days of the retreat start date will be eligible for a partial refund of 50% minus the deposit amount.

- Cancellation within 120 days of the retreat start date will be eligible for a 75% refund minus the deposit amount.

Insurance Requirements:

- All clients are required to have valid travel insurance that includes coverage for flight cancellations/delays, and medical treatment abroad.

Passport Validity:

- All clients must have a valid passport with an expiration date at least 6 months beyond the end of the retreat.

Health and Safety:

- All clients participate in fitness activities, workshops and events hosted by the retreat at their own risk, By the execution of this agreement, you accept and assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type, which may occur to you, and you hereby fully and forever release and discharge the company, its insurers, employees, officers, directors, and associates, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, whether the same be known or unknown, anticipated, or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out the use of said equipment and facilities.

Force Majeure:

In the event that either party are unable to perform its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, such as but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, governmental restrictions, or any other force majeure event, the affected party shall promptly notify the other party.

Under such circumstances, the affected party will be excused from performance for the duration of the force majeure event. The parties agree to work together in good faith to reschedule the fitness retreat or offer an alternative arrangement, taking into consideration the best interests of both parties. Any refunds or credits due to force majeure events will be subject to the terms outlined in the Cancellation Policy section of this agreement.

By booking your spot on our retreat, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
