Deposit & Booking Policy
A non-refundable deposit of £298 is required to secure your spot on the retreat. This deposit forms part of the total retreat cost and is non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received and you have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment Policy
Total retreat cost is £1049, payable in full OR the following instalments (with a surcharge of 5%):
Payment 1 – £298 (non-refundable deposit, due at the time of booking)
Payments 2 to 8 – £98 per month, starting one month after your deposit.
Late or missed payments may result in your booking being cancelled without refund. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are made on time.
All payments must be completed no later than 60 days before the retreat start date.
If your booking is made within 60 days of the retreat start date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes cover for cancellations.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Refund eligibility is based on the date of written notice received.
Cancellations made more than 240 days in advance of the start date will be entitled to a 25% refund minus £298 deposit. If full payment has not been made, you are still liable to pay £196.
Cancellations made between 120–239 days before the start date will be entitled to a 50% refund minus £298 deposit. If full payment has not been made, you are still liable to pay £392.
Cancellations made less than 120 days before the start date are not entitled to a refund and a refund will not be issued under any circumstance.
No-shows, early departures, or failure to attend for any reason are considered cancellations and are not eligible for a refund
Changes or Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. In this event, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, excluding situations qualifying as Force Majeure (see below). We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you such as flights, insurance, or other costs.
Force Majeure
If the retreat cannot go ahead due to events beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions), we will notify you as soon as possible. In these cases:
We will work with you to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future retreat.
Refunds will not be automatically issued and will be handled according to the standard Cancellation Policy.
Travel Insurance
You must obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
Medical treatment abroad
Trip cancellations or delays
Personal liability
Passport Validity
You are responsible for ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the retreat end date.
Health & Safety
You participate in all retreat activities at your own risk. By joining, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating.
You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss sustained during the retreat.
You release and discharge the organisers and affiliates from all liability, present and future, for any claim arising from participation.
Agreement to Terms
By making a payment, you confirm that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions;
You accept all payment, refund, cancellation, and liability terms;
You are aware that failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation without refund.
